In this video, I’m discussing strategic real estate investing while sharing data on the average value of real estate in America over the past 80 years, showing that values have increased in 76 of those 80 years.
Additionally, I’ll cover how, in the last 100 years, the real estate market has seen an approximate greater than 30% decrease on the average value of homes only twice: after the Great Depression in October 1929 and during the Great Recession from 2009 to 2013.
Moving along, I’ll detail how, over the past 80 years, there have been 20 U.S. presidential elections and multiple foreign wars/conflicts (such as WWII, Korean War, Vietnam War, Soviet Union-Afghanistan War, Central America Anti-Communism Intervention, Persian Gulf War, Bosnia Conflict, 9/11, Iraq & Afghanistan War, ever on going conflicts in the Middle East, Russia-Ukraine War) that the U.S. has been involved in, either directly or indirectly. Despite these events, U.S. real estate stability has been largely unaffected.
Next, I’ll explain why the potential for massive foreclosures doesn’t make sense logically when considering a 12% population growth in less than 20 years in America and the laws of supply and demand.
Finally, I’ll discuss topics like interest rates, controlling assets, positive cash flow, leverage, and creating more assets to secure your future. I emphasize that waiting for the “perfect time” or a “crazy deal” might mean missing out on opportunities, as the perfect moment rarely presents itself.
