Roland Kier

Meet Roland Kier, CEO, and Principal Broker of America’s Best Smart Realty, overseeing operations in the Georgia, Florida, and Alabama markets. Roland brings a wealth of experience, backed by a highly successful 27-year corporate sales and sales leadership career. His impressive track record includes working with start-up companies and representing five Fortune 500 organizations, such as IKON Office Solutions (now Ricoh), Staples Business Advantage, Automatic Data Processing (ADP), Windstream, and Comcast Business. During this time, Roland collaborated with various Fortune 1000 businesses, helping them achieve their goals.

Raised in a real estate-centric environment as the son of a real estate broker, Roland was introduced early on to the intrinsic value of real estate and its potential to enhance quality of life and socioeconomic upward mobility. Following his father’s advice, Roland channeled the passion for service and commitment honed in his corporate career into his own real estate journey, obtaining his real estate license in 2014.

Over the past decade, Roland strategically invested in single-family homes, employing both buy-and-hold and fix-and-flip strategies. Proving his track record as a successful real estate investor and fueled by a lifetime of encouragement from his parents to work for himself, Roland founded America’s Best Smart Realty. His extensive knowledge has allowed him to inspire others about the inherent value of owning and investing in real estate.

Roland’s ultimate goal is to genuinely help others create wealth and build a legacy through real estate acquisition, sales, and, most importantly, education. Beyond his role in running and growing the brokerage, Roland finds balance by spending time with his wife, Lisa. When not immersed in the real estate world, you’ll find Roland enjoying travel, attending sporting events, concerts, and car shows.
